Guy I know took 20iu per day for couple of weeks. He started getting shredded whatever he ate and grew like crazy. He never experienced anything like this on lower dose.

This is enough for me, I have no idea what is the point of lying about AAS usage.

My training partner was at an event with Jeff Long and they ended up talking insulin and the guy was talking about shooting 100 units of slin!  Now I'm supposed to believe that he only takes 2-3 iu's to go with that slin.

 ::) ::)

I truly feel bad for the people who believe nonsense like this.  If 2-3 iu's is all anyone needed, the world would be riddled with IFBB caliber physiques.  Look how many "5 iu warriors" (credit to Dogma for that phrase) don't even place at the national level.

Please, please... someone on this board who has run 20 iu's of gh (besides myself) tell me that the majority of it goes to waste lol hahaha.

After 2-3 weeks of running a dose like that I had significantly notceable gains.  My chest needs improvement.  I adjusted my training a little, upped the GH, and now all of a sudden my chest is filling out more and more.  Must be the training adjustments I made for sure though ::).

HAHAHAHAHAHA.

What these guys don't understand { i.e - Yates, Long, Levrone, etc., etc. } is that it's best to NOT say ANYTHING at all rather than lie out your ass. So, please, to those Pro's that are reading this thread ... either tell the truth or shut the hell up. It's quite simple, really. :/

2 to 3ius is epic waste of money. You'd better off buy some ghrp-6. Same results (better skin and stuff like this) for less money + increased appetite.

when someone tell you 3 iu and inject 25 iu ...this is very bad
