i never squated clean to be honest. clean i would do at most 12 deep reps with 315.this was ripped at 180
That's a good squat, most lazy juicers where I train struggle with 2 plates a side for 12 (obviously they do the first 8 half reps with ease lol)
Remember when I first started squatting at around 20 yo, and was wondering why nobody applauded when I finished my first 20 reps @ 135 haha good times
PB is 405 for good 6 (and couple of '1 more, 1 more.......uh no that's me enough)
