no,,palumbo was skinny twig with skinn muscles back before hormones,, never even close to far boy ,, he responded well and use big doses of everythinng to get to his 280 8-9% in his best,,ofcourse majority of it was in his tum tum

back when you were i think 6? how old where you in 2000? lol 5? in anycase me and pulumbino ate lunch in jap steak house,, this was ni his best years,, looked like comple balonie ofcourse but big and ripped the gh and insulina way with a spice of trenbolona lol ,,
