Brown tops?

My pal just got some Hygetropin Brown Tops. The kit is 100iu.

When he mixed in 1ml of distled water (he boiled it first and let it cool) It immediately turned clear.

He made sure to slowly recon the water. He then put 10iu bttle in fridge.

Does ANYONE KNOW IF THIS STUFF IS LEGIT?

It used to be the last I heard the plant was shut down. But I did notice the website is back up. He could probably visit the site and check batch #.
