Agree with this dustin - I also think if you're on and ripped, we should be open about it in the gym (to a certain extent) I would rather a young guys starting out, has a realistic expectation of what he can acheive with hard work - and also a real life example of what you can acheive with a bit of gear. I remember getting pissed off with the whole 3-4000 kcals a day/lifting 5 times a week when I was 19, then seeing a couple of guys who train couple days a week on a bunch of tren and thinking....what am I doing wrong! If i'd know how much shit they were on I wouldnt have cared as much about my progress (which was good at the time)

no one would go trainnig with out hormones in blood,, no one,, bunch of liars every single day you can find them all over ,, today is much les problem since i change th epicture of bodybuild,, but it is stil there,,they will admit to use of little something if at all maybe some pro hormones lol and the main thing that make them mutate they will leave out ,,the hgh ,,
look how many sick fellas are walking about not even competing and on hgh none stop,, there are serious addicts around friends,,

today 90% of male in gymnasiums that do bodybuild are on hgh ,, this is 9 OUT OF 10 ,, and they will! stop in nothin ginorder to get the hgh,,steal from girlfriend,, live on older fat or skinny whores with roten teeth,, will train fellas half ass just to make more money for hgh ,, it is a sickness and huge one ,, it wil all be talked about on website

I live in a county in england, far away from where you're at right now - but, I can honestly say that less people are fooled by the lying bastards of bodybuilding, than a few years back. If I wore a gh15 t-shirt where I train, i bet you 100 dollaros that i would get more than one knowing look and a few thumbs up for sure.

Lots of cops and correctional officers train in gyms so be careful who you talk to and be careful how loud you talk also.

A buddy of mine was bragging about being on a ton of shit while a cop was doing pressdowns about 5 feet away.

WW admits to using Xanax, i think he relies on it, Xanax is given for those with anxiety disorders who are often paranoid, WW in my dealings with him is paranoid and very insecure and very sensitive to being made fun of (but c'mon this is the Thunderdome)

Ill say once again, deep down i think he is a good guy but he mouths off too much and brings the wrong kind of attention

After his harrassment via PM of me today i have no more sympathy and if he dont change his ways then he will get whats coming to him.

Actually, only a couple of friends of mine are 'on.'

I know plenty of guys in the gym who claim natty but are not. However, bodybuilding isn't a place for making friends if you ask me. aquaintances, sure. Training partners and guys you see every so often at comps, sure, but friends? No. I have 2 friends who bodybuild and that's it.

All of my other friends are regular people who have nothing to do with bodybuilding and I prefer that too as I feel like some bodybuilders get lost in the cult and forget what reality is like and life outside of the bodybuilding community.

I LOL at pro's who think they are "famous" when no one in the real world is looking at them thinking anything more than "Damn, that guy is fucking huge."

The gym I train in is pretty "clean", I would guess only about 20% of male members are hormonized, which might be because I live in germany ( the other gym in town has a lot more though )

Now there is this 16 year old friend of my brother, who is about 5"9 - 5"10 with a weight of 200 lbs at about 9 - 11% bf ( Its what I guess, sixpack visible, but seems to hold a bit water )

Hes looking HUGE and damn strong too and says hes natural...I dont really believe him, but I also dont want to bring the topic up since everyone else thinks he has just great genetics

Another guy who is about 240 lbs and about 10% bf ( holding lots of water though. I gues hes on high test ) kinda pisses me off, that guy made jokes on my costs a few times while me and my brother trained next to him ( I dont even know him wtf )...He is one of the guys who thinks he can do that shit because he has built a body due to his love to the needle...a real asshole

Also if youd ask him about his hormoneuse hed probably say all he used was creatine
