But they couldve gotten bigger, instead they chose to play to their strenghts and go for aesthetics at their optimal size

I agree,but here in getbigland,he was no better built that Mark Spitz!!

I would kill to look like Zane, he has the ultimate body when it comes to looking great inside and outside the gym.

What's funny is Robby Robinson said Frank didn't look big until he posed and then he looked much bigger. Alot of guys saying he's a swimmer is putting using the sport of today as a reference of course he wasn't huge compared to many guys today but back then although lighter he was more comparable in terms of size competing with

the average weight of the top six at the 83 Olympia was 198lbs !

People that scoff at zane and say he's an idol to twinks, cause twinks can achieve that easy

Well, if you know anything , you'll know its easier to be a huge bloated mess than to be a zane

We didn't see a lot of zanes back in the day, and I don't see a lot of people looking like zane today

I'm not sure how many times I typed zane in this post, must be a lot.
