My question is, if he had to shoot him.. Why did he shoot him more then 3 times? During the third shot the fella is Falling down obviously Not posing any threat (you could even tell after the first shot he lowered the weapon) But no, 8 shots more, even when hes down on the ground

You could argue its a bit excessive at first. BUT he did Raise the weapon (at least begin to) againt the officer and thats a NO NO and even I know that. But that would warrent One shot at least.. ...but 11?

Why not aim for the legs as you mentioned, or at least wait a split second before firing 10 more shots.

I wish they would shoot fuckers this easy in Sweden. Not the 11 shots but one non leathal.

I read about a cop who came across some dude in the mall parking lot just sitting their idling  his truck , the cop pulled up asked if everything was okay , dude opened fired on the cop , the cop shot him SEVENTEEN times and that fucker was still trying to shoot the cop !!

very hard to kill with one shot. I watched this video multiple times and it's a clean kill , dude raised the weapon up and cocked back , I would have shot him too.

After 3 shots hes facing the other way obviously hurting and no one is within striking range of his weapon. No longer posinga threat.. They could have shot, while backing a few steps so if he didnt go down and went against them Then they could shoot more. Not just everything at once...

Cop kept his gun out the holster even after shooting that retard cause anyone could have jumped out of nowhere, especially outside, a friend of  said shot guy etc. Better be ready if needed you never know. BTW 9 mm -i guess that s what these cops use?- isnt the most powerful ammo... some guys need a lot of them in their bodies before letting it go. Especially fat, tall men on drugs or alchool.
