TRT for certain, and possibly HGH therapy will gain steadily in both popularity and social acceptance in the next 10+ years.  Big pharma doesn't want to miss out on all the $$ they can/will make.  Hell it's not hard to get now(trt anyway).  Just wait till they start lobbying hard for new legislation.

I'm 49 and have thought aboutTRT.. but I still have some doubts . I would like to meet someone who's been on it over 15 years and ask the following questions: 1. Is the sex drive boost short lived? I've heard that after a while, the body attenuates to the synthetic test and the libido doesn't respond the same.
2. Won't anti-aromatase drugs be neccesary because of the inevitable aromatization? If so, what sides from long term use of anti estrogens are there?
3. To keep normal testicular function, won't regular HCG injections be neccesary. Does the body continue to respond to HCG after several years?

I feel my libido is still pretty good right now, and I still maintain good muscle. Luckily I didn't abuse anabolics when I used them in the 80's and early 90's . I just really wonder if the body, on the cellular level, responds the same to synthetic test as it does your own gentically coded testosterone in the long term.

Which podcast was that?  When I go to the gym, I like to listen in on his podcasts while on the stationary bike.  Was it the one with Joey Diaz or the one with Hamilton Morris?

I don't find Rogan to be much of a smart individual, but he does speak his mind and is willing to ask the juicy questions that are needed for great discussion.  My favorite guests on his podcast are both Bryan Callen & Duncan Trussell.
