Many people don't know this fact but this was the routine Wes used for his first workout:

(1) Wait for God to create rocks

(2) Pick up rock and put it down a few times

(3) Wait another day for God to create light

(4) Pull animal skin loincloth into a thong and throw a most muscular at a dinosaur.

(5) Lay down before going catabolic

Many of the Levitical dietary laws were written around his carb cycling plan.  Moses was constantly trying to lean out but Jochebed (his mom) had terrible bodybuilding genetics.

Wes is an internet bodybuilding forum institution. If there is a bodybuilding forum anywhere you can find him posting on it. Whenever I think I spend to much time on bodybuilding boards I can point to Wes and I don't feel so bad.

Wes has been in the bodybuilding trenches forever. He's not blessed with great genetics for bodybuilding but he makes up for that with his work ethic in the gym. If he makes a statement about training I listen and always consider it on the highest level. I won't take any advice on taking care of my hair from him though.
