Silvio Samuel Convicted on 3 Counts of Assault.

Silvio Samuel was arraigned on Jan. 26 and has been convicted of:
-Inflicting Corporal Injury/Spouse
-3 counts; Assault w/deadly weapon/instrument non-firearm produce GBI
Sentencing is February 29th. Samuel is currently being held in custody.

i dont know what the California legal system but i have a feeling we wont be seeing this cry baby for a looooooooooooooong time

given that he is not a US citizen he will be deported after he serves his time

I believe those are all 2-4 year sentences, he better hope they can be served concurrently.

Looks like anywhere from 2 - 16, depending on how seriously the judge takes it, 2 would be the lightest with all charges served concurrently and at minimum, 16 if he goes for the full ride.

Not sure how much has to be served before parole, but he's got himself in a pickle.
