saw jay cutler at the la fitness expo yesterday, he was wearing a red tank top, looks a 1000x better and actually very well proportioned then the fridge he was before.
Ronnie looked extremely weak small and tiny to me... i didnt even notice him until my GF told me who is that old guy, i was like oh snaps IS IT? naw!! COULD IT!? , not way... but indeed it was Ronnie C himself

Dropping excess bodyweight and fluid is recomended by surgeons prior to surgery, I am not 100 percent sure on the reasoning but I had surgery when i was very heavy back in the early 90s around 285 and I couldnt get my oxygen levels back up in recovery, scary shit. When talking to other guys about it we all did teh same especially after what happened to Orville Burke, had a good conversation with Milos about it years ago, we both had the same opinion. |

He is having his bicep fixed. So you need to get off all drugs prior to surgery. Some drugs will make u bleed too much for example. It is a smart move. |

Jude is exactly right. Jay has business dealings with a friend of mine in the supplement industry and from what he told me Jay has been off since the Olympia because he knew he would be having surgery and yes, you must get off gear for that, so he never went back on after the Olympia. His body and mind needed time off to relax as on more than one occasion Jay had said the drugs were "making him fucking nuts." He also said he was taking this time off to think through his next move but as of a week ago he has plans on competing one more time. A lot depends on how the surgery goes. He got the surgeon he wanted so we'll see.
