Not careful with the diet as in not eating enough protein?

I was eating 2 lbs of meat .. it was enugh. But a keto diet plus 75mcg t3 will slim you and eat alll your muscle clean

If it were me bro, yes I think the test is way too high.. However, I like your style- the more the better  ;D But in all honesty, I would drop the test to 100mg EOD, so 350 a week, or MWF 300 a week, whatever, and then up the tren.. Basically, lower dose test and up the dosage on the trenbologna aceto  ;)  And, yeah definitely throw in the winny.  Good luck brotha!!

You started at a chubby 168 with no muscle and now you are juicing?  Sounds like you had no work ethic to begin with and you want to make that up with drugs? 

At least I could understand some what if a guy got into his best shape natural then juiced but to start out of shape is insanity.  You will get the attention you seek with your temporary drug muscles but when you come off I feel sorry for you. You will really look like crap.

well, if you under/over eat you can get flattened out pretty quickly, and by overeating i mean eating too much junkfood. seems counterintuitive that eating more will make your body more catabolic but when you eat a lot of junkfood, namely carbs that the body can't process, the cells stop accepting carbs and then a diabetes like state occurs where muscles start running off their glycogen stores.

losing muscle tissue isn't too big of a concern if you are on AAS. but t3 while natural is a pretty bad idea since it's pretty catabolic as even with running GH running 150mcg of t3, you will have the same amount of muscle catabolism as someone completely natural, which isn't a good environment for retaining muscle while dieting. you really need to run AAS with t3, AAS + gh being the best.

it literally eats you up ... unbelievable

I just ate 3 huge McDonalds large menu's and am feeling fine at 185  ;D

Since Test/Tren are known to fight for the same androgen receptors.

Why not keep the test low (250-300mg weekly) and high Tren (400-800mg weekly)? for better results? Yet, keeping the "bloofy" look a bay.

I ended up anorexic skinny fat at 168 lbs with my plan of dieting clean and T3. I asked Steve Namat for advice and he suggested some adjustements with my diet cardio and fatburners. So now I added test prop at 100mg a day, tren at 300 mg a week, 75mcg T3 a day and clenbuterol. I am expecting to look very good in about a month. What's your take guys?

PS: do you think it's too much test? I also thought about 300 test 300tren a week but I figured the more the better  ;D

so you end up resorting to using gear again to look good, after telling us for months that we don't need gear to look "good"

No,you do not keep test higher than tren.I am for 2 months on test-e at 250 each week and i feel it is enough,do not miss the bloat to be honest.Tren is where the magic starts,i am doing 100 mg tren-a EOD and it is magic folks :)

ya, i pulled a JP flux/tom prince in about 2 weeks time because i was running t3, dnp, and clen and then came off gear. looked like a completely different person haha

I do not want to "look good". I want to look fucking ripped to the bone. Even a MENSA member like you should be able to figure out that for that kind of look you need serious drugs
