Let's make some important distinctions between GOOD GENETICS..

There are GOOD GENES for MUSCLE MASS..

There are GOOD GENES for being LEAN..

There are GOOD GENES for muscular SHAPE..

There are GOOD GENES for SKELETAL STRUCTURE..

And then there are GOOD GENES for ALL OF THE ABOVE
.

Out of the characteristics that determine one's genetic potential for bodybuilding, I have 3 of the 4; I am extremely LEAN naturally, I have great SHAPE, and I have an awesome structure at 5"10 and a 29 inch waist.  The only thing that I don't have are awesome genes for sheer muscle mass..

I think Arnold was kind of in the same boat as I am, which is why his build was always considered inferior to Serigo's--who posessed ALL OF THE BODYBUILDING GENES.

Top genetics in bodybuilding, of all-time, in my opnion:

1.) Sergio Oliva(4/4)
2.) Ronnie Coleman(4/4)
3.) Flex Wheeler(4/4)
4.) Kevin Levrone(4/4)
5.) Kai Greene(4/4)
6.) Robby Robinson(4/4)
7.) Lou Ferrigno(4/4)
8.) Arnold(4/4)
9.) Dorian Yates(3/4) - Lacking STRUCTURAL genes
10.) Frank Zane(3/4) - Lacking SIZE genes
Shitty assessment on your behalf, first Sergio was never, ever shredded, Robby was never ever massive, and Lou has good shape but nothing compared to the kings of shape like Labrada, ray, Zane, Wheeler, Dex, :-\ :-[

had to edit my post thanks to Van, fuck didn't see that... Dorian lacking bone structure =stupidest post of the year, Had one of the best bone structures, at least top 5 of all time

Talking about great genetics... Her is one with Mr.O-genetics, and the other with amateur-genetics...

On a serious note though, today the genetic part of the equation is decreasing compared to the influence of the drugs - the effects of drugs are increasing. Thats why we see superior genetics on the earlier champs. You simply couldn't be superior without superior structure, shape etc... So, even theough the number of Mr.O competitors was low earlier on - it still draw individuals with fantastic geneteics... Just imagine the line-up with Sergio, Arnold and Serge... Incredible that the gentics of the top bb's today are subpar compared with a three-men line-up in the early 70's....

Dorian had close to perfect structure. Could have had slightly better bellies in arms, but structure was great.

Many feel Sergio had the best genes ever but he was lacking a back. A concave Dillet type back, instead of the convex turtle shell of a Yates.

ZANE was the MOST CONDITIONED BODYBUILDER OF ALL-TIME, so head to head, Zane get's the ECTO win..

No one was more conditioned than Munzer. No one.

i agree, Dorian had one of the widest upper body structures and almost a perfect length of both torso and legs, the arm muscle bellies were also affected a lot by the tears.

How do you make this better? Maybe slightly better separation in quads and a little more arm size but structurally he was great.

Munzer beats Hamdullah too. No one ever had the feathering in the quads that Munzer had. And then you factor in the extra size and it becomes even more impressive.

Not shopped, I am looking at the original right know early 90's and looks the exact same.

Munzer is a close second but no way he beats Humdullah ;)

its definitely touched to make him look more granite-like. still suspicious of the quads, they look more detailed and proportioned:

they look like that in the first shot because hes fuller and bigger, the sweep is more pronounced in the first shout because hes partially offseason, compare the two shots closely, the quads are virtually the same in both pics minus the water in the stage shot.

LOL at Dorian not having "genetic structure". Dorian had arguably the best structure of any bodybuilder alive or dead.

the quads look completely different to me  ??? his inner things and sweep look bigger in the black and white.

Regardless of the size difference, they definitely touched the pictures to enhance his physique
