Let's make some important distinctions between GOOD GENETICS..

There are GOOD GENES for MUSCLE MASS..

There are GOOD GENES for being LEAN..

There are GOOD GENES for muscular SHAPE..

There are GOOD GENES for SKELETAL STRUCTURE..

And then there are GOOD GENES for ALL OF THE ABOVE
.

Out of the characteristics that determine one's genetic potential for bodybuilding, I have 3 of the 4; I am extremely LEAN naturally, I have great SHAPE, and I have an awesome structure at 5"10 and a 29 inch waist.  The only thing that I don't have are awesome genes for sheer muscle mass..

I think Arnold was kind of in the same boat as I am, which is why his build was always considered inferior to Serigo's--who posessed ALL OF THE BODYBUILDING GENES.

Top genetics in bodybuilding, of all-time, in my opnion:

1.) Sergio Oliva(4/4)
2.) Ronnie Coleman(4/4)
3.) Flex Wheeler(4/4)
4.) Kevin Levrone(4/4)
5.) Kai Greene(4/4)
6.) Robby Robinson(4/4)
7.) Lou Ferrigno(4/4)
8.) Arnold(4/4)
9.) Dorian Yates(3/4) - Lacking STRUCTURAL genes
10.) Frank Zane(3/4) - Lacking SIZE genes

You forgot Paul Dillet.

BTW, you're still a douche bag.

This isn't about WHO YOU'D RATHER LOOK LIKE, it's a MEASURE OF GENETIC POTENTIAL. HANEY was not a genetic gift, in my opinion.  He had good mass, but an awful structure and shape.
WTF?!?

Haney had a chest and back combo that was unmatched until ronnie, on probabbly a third of the stuff he was on. Great structure, very good muscle bellies, except biceps, if hed been injecting the same shit as that abomination you list in his place, kai, hed match his arm size.
If haney wanted ronnie delts, and had what ronnie had available of course his delts would look just as huge, same for legs.

If haney had been around in the late 90s, it woulve been some scary shit

Yes, mass, lean, shape and structure

I always thought Sonny Schmidt had a good genetic base to start with if you wanted to be a bodybuilder.

sergio did have great genetics but seldom was lean and never had peaks on his biceps, which is a genetic thing.haney, coleman, flex and leverone probably had the best genetics.but dorian was the best bodybuilder.

i don't think anyone claims to run those cycles considering the only people who would run cycles like that would be a pros and the only cycles they claim to use are unicycles and NOexplode cycles.

thats what you claimed, dildo.

1.) Sergio Oliva(4/4)
2.) Ronnie Coleman(4/4)
3.) Flex Wheeler(4/4)
4.) Kevin Levrone(4/4)
5.) Kai Greene(4/4) - NO, only abuser to the gills
6.) Robby Robinson(4/4) - NO
7.) Lou Ferrigno(4/4) - WTF ARE U CRAZY?
8.) Arnold(4/4)
9.) Dorian Yates(3/4) - Lacking STRUCTURAL genes - NO, he one of the greatest, but he lacks more than structure, look at his arms.
10.) Frank Zane(3/4) - Lacking SIZE genes - Not lacking size genes, lacking only steroid and gh/slin abuse. Great physyque btw. In my opinion the last Artist Bodybuilder, after him it was only abusing of everything, he was very balanced and harmonic

Lee Haney is one of the greatest of all time, with Big Ron, and Arnold. Not mention him is noobism

Flex had GREAT structure, and knew how to improve them with SEO´s or whatever he needed. He is one of the most symmetrical guys who have ever walked on the olympia stage.

Missing Kevin and Shawn Ray on that list. And there you go.

I can't believe nobody has mentioned Jeff King.
Would Haney have won 8 Sandows in a row if King had been allowed to compete in the '83 Olympia???
I think there is a good argument that the competition would have even been at a higher level had King been allowed to participate in the IFBB.
I am NOT saying King was better than Haney, but I think in a judge's eye, it would have been a very tough call.

was recently wondering same. King had a lot going for him, but not the wow factor haney had.

Side by side haney wouldve been superior I think. But who knows...
