mates,

ITS FOR A FRIEND

if im doing cardios then after how long should i have my PW SHAKE AND MEAL?and what it should be .
i take 1 scoop dextrose powderwith 2 scoops whey. and after 45 mins a small snack .

his aim is to loose fat(diet included) keep muscle.

Are you asking how long after doing cardio you should drink the shake & then eat?

Even if I'm just doing cardio I usually have a shake within 30 minutes of stopping (but that's just me).
