WTF, even the "healthy" fast food choices are unhealthy.
I'm trying to take in less than 50 grams of carbs per day.
It's late where I'm at and I don't feel like cooking, so I call up the pizza place (Donatos) and order their oven baked 10 piece spicy garlic chicken wings.
On the way home I stop at Wendy's and buy a half Baja salad w/o the chilli.
I eat, then decide to look up the nutritional information online out of curiousity.
- The salad with 2 packs of the spicy tortilla strips has 40g of carbs

- The 10 wings have 48g of carbs

Now I have to go out and jog at 2:00AM in 30 degree weather. FML
Fuck fast food.
