I would say he is one of them even though he still does not have a good midsection. It is impossible nowadays to have a nice midsection AND be big.

Melvin placed top 5 in the olympia one year or maybe top six. at least top 6 and he also won the arnold one year if I am not mistaken?? or maybe he didn't win the arnold. I was pretty sure he won the arnold in 2007 or 2008.maybe not though.

No not much size just maybe 5 pounds added to his back and traps area and chest. You can never have to big of a back!

at least give them a fucking hint by crowning this dude mr olympia (i prefer him over philip heath, that guy doesnt look like a great body, he looks like a cartoon character)

dosn't get much better than dexter! his abs are shredded. he looks healthy too. Phil heath has like a big 4 pack. Phil does not havve very impressive arms.
sorry to say when it comes to the Olympia people want to see that cartoon look. just look at Ronnie he always had that cartoon look. people want to see those huge 3 dimensional cartoon looking mofos.thats what the olympia is about usually. there have been a few exceptions like dexter. back in the day it wasn't all about the cartoon look. samir is a good example
