making ANY type of physically threatening movement towards a police officer is probably the stupidest most dangerous thing you can do, these people have the power and authority to kill you and then just write a paper on it and its forgotten.

For my sins I watch COPS a lot and have noticed that for them simply not complying fast enough is resisting and is often a prelude to a beatdown.
