you shoudl train forarms ,,but! forarms is matter of hgh in blood and specific steroids,, you see the forarms of mgrath? this is only due to hormones not forarm training,,

traps ,,

forarms,,

delts,,

those 3 are the first initial blow up from within sign of steroids use when just big ,, but when quality big! gh + steroid,, you know what i mean quality when skin is tighter and thiner and veins geting to surface

Ok why do so may pros forearms suck. JOJ traps respond well to hgh and not heavy deadlifts.

One pro that has non-existant forearms was Amhmad Haider......looked like buggy whips.

Other than that,he looked awesome, but zero forearms.

because many profesionals now day hav eno foundations ,, and as i said genetic and origin has a lot to do with forarm and calves,,you dont need to have mssive forarms to b eadvance bodybuild,, forarms increase in size wil come with hormones and it wil b eenough if everything else respond well to legit hormones,,

i hope you fellas understand that profesional bodybuid now day is not real muscle,, IT IS INFLATED MUSCLE WITH WATER AND NEW FIBERS THAT CREATED BY HUMAN GROWTH HORMONE AND THEN PUSHED INTO THICKER MODE BY AAS AND FINALY OVER ALL DRAMATIC INCREASE IN WEIGHT WHEN INSULINA ADDED TO THE MIX

bodybuild now day has nothnig NOTHING to do with anyhting other than hormones,, ofcourse got to be legit

i always trained forearms extremely heavy and regular. they would cramp up so bad they would actually overpower my tricep.

but be careful Stav, the bigger your forearms are the faster they will burn out finger banging your woman - trust me on that.

They`re not huge, but nothing really special......I think it`s like you said, his upper arms were so big that they just overshadowed his forearms making them appear smaller !!

Fucking crazy arm development with abs that were off the chain.

it is the 1st thing thats noticable,, you loose the semi on pump in forarms , traps/neck and delts...

ive started direct neck training when im off gear as the neck thing bothers me more than the rest

ive got a great forearm exersize for you, works wonders and im going to make my self another one soon as they keep getting pinched,,

thick coke can diameter piece of broomshank, drill a hole thru the middle, put a rope thru..
attach a weight and roll it up, overhand one time, underhand the next and keep going till youve got pure acid in the forearms

My forearms grow when I masturbate chronically.

that much volume would destroy any natural's progress

another clue

i really need to have bigger forearms but i have doubts i could get them bigger with training when i dont have the genetics for it.

if there would be growth in it i think they would already be on his max size wise due the heavy barbell curls back training etccc
same with calves. i think its a waste of energy.

Use a roller or reeler (same thing, different name depending on where you're from), do some wrist curls and extensions, don't use straps, do some db/bb cleans, change the rep range around... not that hard.

People always comment on mine when I am holding full body weight.
Yet I have never trained them, other than when doing every other upper torso exersise.

just do grippers and wristcurls at home every 3 days or so.

but yes very genetically dependant muscle like calves. either u have short shitty musclebellies or long full.
