in tennis it is all about the racket head speed. This has nothing to with the muscularity.

Think in terms of whip, you don't need muscle to make the whip crack it is all about quickness. There are 12y/o kids in tennis camps that never lifted weights but can the ball harder than anyone on getbig.

Sevastase could expand on this more, he was one a pro tennis player.
