Reagan had his "Reagan Democrats," Ron Paul has his "Blue Republicans."

I can see disaffected demos voting for paul based upon obama's corruption an criminal activity, but not idealoigy.

There are actually a lot of single issue voters out there or even voters that will make one issue their deciding factor even if they feel other issues are important.  So someone who is anti-war and determined to vote that way is ideologically in line with Paul on the biggest thing that matters to them.  Many on the right do this too, they might hate much of what a candidate stands for, but if he's got a better record on pro life or 2nd amendment issues or immigration, they'll vote for him on that one issue.

LOL that GW doesn't even want 240 or myself posting in threads about Ron Paul.  You've kinda come off like it upsets the shit out of you too.  It does seem like some on the right want Paul to be a rightwinger only club lol...

Honestly Hugo - i have to apologize to you and to a lesser degree 240, and I will do so openly because i like you guys.   I should not have mocked you because you were honest about your displeasure w obama before anyone else who voted for him.

Seeing the fucking disaster that Romney is going to be for the GOP, I now understand the appeal of supporting someone you disagree with on many issues solely for the virtue of the honesty factor and lack of feeling slimy and spat upon like we get from Obama and Myth.

I would rather lose w Paul than win with Myth if I were forced in t that.
