Dude everytime I watch Branch and JOJ train I gotta take some Advil. Especially branch doing any kind of pressing movements. Jesus christ my ligaments and tendons just scream in horror

I'll save you all 5 minutes. The video starts with the black midget doing some dumbbell curls. He is utilizing the Weider half-rep principles and for whatever reason swings the weigh to a 90 degree angle..I'm sure it's for "constant tension" and demonstrates that elusive "mind-muscle connection". Next up, business really picks up. A white troll appearing to be high on some type of amphetamine comes over to give some grunts of encouragement. With form that would make Dorian Yates roll in his grave, he pumps out some hard reps..not sure how many, everytime I blinked, I missed three or four. Finally, the black guy mounts a bench for some reason, and really fries those bi's with some constant tension. Then Johnny tells us to eat good food and that it is, indeed, "on".

jj cheats ON EVERY movement even the warm up.....

at advanced stages of BB, he main point is blood volume...they're not looking at building a base, or even building a BP any more than it is...they're looking for a pump and filling he muscle with blood...

maintainence training is much different than building a foundation...
