Gym Sneakers

Personally, I'm a big sneakers fan. I've even worked in sneakers stores in the past. By far my favorite is the Nike Air Max+ 2011. They're sick! Which color should I get? Which pair do you like.

Besides the loud colors which I could agree with to some extent, these sneakers are very comfortable. Would any of yous compare the "shit" sneakers to an alternative of yours.

Flat shoes for running on the treadmill, or jogging period doesn't show too much of a great ankle support. Also flat shoes aren't as comfortable as sneakers with air maxes or shox. Flat shoes dont support your weight too well when jogging or running because it doesn't suppress your weight as you go up and down. Which in turn puts more pressure on your joints.

The shell tops are great...I use a ten speed mounted on a wind trainer for cardio.

Use some old shoes, old sport pants and a tee. You go there to work not to show your sub-par looks.

I got this exact pair.....comfortable as hell,and coordinates well with my Addidas gym wear.

It`s all about looking good all the time!  ;)
