Saw a guy training a chick with those widgets on the beach in Waikiki(attached to a palm tree). In between sets, they were running sprints in and around all of the tourists laying on the beach. Looked really odd... especially, with the 24 hour fitness literally across the street to train at. Oh well. At least, they were working out.
