To be fair, my ex was all natural and about as lean and muscular as this girl. I trained her for both a bodybuilding contest and a powerlifting meet and she won both times. She is naturally athletic with a lean midsection and trains her butt off. In the power competition she went something like 275/185/345. Incredible.
