It's around that same -20 here. For my surprise doesn't feel that bad even when we have went from around 0 C to -20 even up to -30 in one month!

weather forecast for this week for my city (not where i'm currently living, it will get "warmer" here)

(-15° -26°) (-20° -31°) (-18° -23°) (-16° -20°)

please mind the fact that it gets dark around 16:30 so around 23:00 you can expect -31 celsius.

oh, do not forget about wet, strong wind.

it's gonna be similar to 2006/2007 winter when it was around -32... during fucking day AFAIK.

I can`t believe it but it`s actually 45 degrees here right now.

I was in Poland last year, the range in temperatures you guys have is incredible. As low as minue 30 and as high as plus 40. Thats 70 degrees. Here in the Uk we have as low as -5 and as high as 25 thats only 30 degrees swing.

-10 is still very good weather to do cardio outside, but when it gets to -15 it starts to get too annoying for me but -20 is too much to do cardio outside unless you wear some sort of scarf around your face.
