if it's good var you can make gains off of that, the problem is most var isn't very good, or people are going from a larger cycle to that. but for a first or second cycle or whatever people can definitely gain off of just orals and specifically var at 40mg.

Not really looking to gain but rather just use it in hopes of preserving muscle while dieting.

var is excellent for that. i wouldn't worry to much about losing muscle though, you will probably lose some size going off d-bol but it's not "real" "mature" muscle fiber. i yo-yo constantly, like levrone did, between losing all muscle mass and gaining it back and it comes back very quickly with muscle memory. the just recently gained muscle is a little bit more difficult to gain back depending on how long you held it though

My wife wants it several times aday, always wanted it (and hopefully always will) too. I actually have to be on 300 mg of test to keep up. No problem when she is so beatifull.
