"I love GH15's supposed "fact", which is that no one can weigh more than 220 lbs at 7% bodyfat with only 10 IU of GH. What dumbass...haha.

If anyone out there hasn't heard, this non-pro liar, who just so happens to live in Florida, is born and raised American, and who looks worse than any of us (almost...not kidding)...claims that every pro out there is using 20 IU of GH or more and that a pro MUST use 20 IU of GH to be successful, place well in any show, or win a show. Now, no one is so stupid as to think there aren't guys out there using 20 IU or even more, but GH15's claims that "all" pros use 20 IU of legit GH a day or more, is a complete, 100% LIE! I know this for a gauranteed fact, as do many, many others.

Guys, this chump has brought bullshit to the highest level possible in a way that is truly a blemish on our sport. He is not "enlightening" anyone...nothing he has "preached" is new or hasn't been heard 1000 times before. What he is doing is mixing plenty of truth with potentially injurious lies, which in the wrong minds can be harmful. There are no "secrets" in this sport guys...not with drugs, training, or nutrition. Some know more than others, but the truth is not hidden from anyone. There aren't any secret drug programs that the pros are "keeping" from us...or anything of the sort. Pro BB'rs are not carbon copies of each other....nor are our amatuers. Sure, all pros use drugs, but all pros do not use the exact same drugs in the exact same dosages. Some care more about their health, some care less...some DO come off AAs at certain times of the year, some don't...some take monster doages, some take much less than you might think. Multiple top coaches, who have coached or spoken with many pro BB'rs regarding their programs, have now disagreed with this guy regarding his numerous wild claims, but of course, it doesn't matter how many people disagree wth him...he will call "everyone" a liar and claim they have some sort of "agenda" to keep aspiring BB'rs in the dark.

One of the ways in which this guy is supposedly bringing the "truth" the the BB'rs of the world is by educating them that supplements are not going to make them a pro. This delusional fucker seems to think everyone is so stupid that we all believe OTC supplements will turn us into pros. I am not kidding. Have you seen this guy's posts? He goes on and on about how evil the supplement industry is and how it has decieved countless aspiring BB'rsm by keeping them from knowing the "truth"...which is that drugs have been responsible for building these physiques...not supplements. I mean seriously, what aspiring BB'r who is actually ready to begin using drugs actually believes that OTC supplements are going to be all he needs to turn pro? LOL...I have never known a single one. Anyone who wants to go pro figures out very quickly that it takes more than Cell-tech to get there, but GH15 thinks you are all so stupid that you cannot figure this out and have been blindly decieved into believeing this fairy tale. LOL. As for the supp industry being the ultimate evil...I've got news for GH15...it's a business just like any other business. They're trying to make money just like any other business and we all know this. At best, perhaps young teens or the severely naive/ignorant might decieved by the supp company adds, but does it matter? Not really. These young kids don't need to be using drugs at that age anyway...and they will quickly figure out the truth...likely long before they are even ready to begin using drugs.

Be leary when someone starts barking out absolutes...such as saying everyone does this or that...that everyone uses a certain dose...or no one can reach a certain size without using a certain quantity of drugs...or that 95% of all people can turn pro with the right drug program, etc. This sport is not black & white...genetics do differ, as do mind-sets, preferences, abilities, and one's willingness to take risks. So...while GH15 continues to fight this imaginary battle against supp companies that doesn't exist and presses forward in his delusional beiefs that no one can weigh more than 220 lbs in condition with only 10 IU of GH (among many more completely fucked claims)....we can continue getting a good laugh out of such nonsense."

Although Mr. Arnold makes some pretty valid points, Gh15 has brought A LOT ... and mean A LOT of truths here to GetBig. While these " gurus " and " trainers " charge shitloads of money for their " advices ", Gh15 has brought it to us { and continues to bring } for free. BIG DIFFERENCE. I sense jealously mostly coming from these guys { i.e - Mike, Danta, etc., etc. }. Sad, but true. :/

You know I don't believe everyone has to be on growth to be 7% 220lbs but to get on stage and be 7% Dry at 220lbs and have skin like shrink wrap then course you have to have growth in the system.. If that was not the case why didn't Arnold, Zane, Mentzer etc etc ever pull it off? Where they inferior, or wa it that they did not have those shitty supplements in the blood? NONE it is because they did not have growth.

I have to admit though that the selfish side of me doesn't want the website. I support it and gh15 knows I do. I respect putting the truth out there, but it always makes me smile when I read these posts like Mike Arnolds here. I can't help but smile at peoples ignorance who don't believe gh15 either. When I look at it selfishly, fewer people who know the truth = fewer people that I have to beat in order to get to the top.

anyone with knowledge about hormones can instantly tell by reading gh15's posts that he was a high level competitor. i don't know about being an ifbb pro, no way to confirm that without knowing his identity but to me it's irrelevant and i don't care much. he is still the god of hormones either way and leads the gym rats like a pied piper

sure, no one thinks you can go pro with celltech. however, TONS of people believe you can look like fucking jeff willet, kiyoshi moody, layne norton, bat banya, etc. etc. etc. using supplements. it's well known these products are ABSOLUTELY USELESS for bodybuilding purposes... "just like any other business" lol. how many businesses are entirely built around entirely ineffective products? how many businesses are built around a product that exists SOLELY because the real, effective products are illegal?

the bodybuilding supplement industry would disappear over night if hormones were legalized. furthermore, countless fucking frauds would be exposed. no, not the guys setting foot on the olympia stage... the "natural wonders," the football players, the "jacked guy" at your gym, "mr. genetics" at the beach, and so on.
