Would Chris Aceto be considered a guru or "nutritionist"?
And would Dr. take your kidneys be considered a guru---he was the one who worked with Flex, Dillet, Nasser, and Ronnie, getting Ronnie peeled and big, Chad's Lads as Flex Mag called them.

Yes, they need someone to hold their hand, who they can blame if things go wrong so it wasn't their fault.

Some BBers are very good at lifting weights, but are 22 years old and don't know shit about insulin or dieting.  Better to use a guru than to kill thsemlves with learning as they go.

I don't know what a bodybuilding guru is.  Is it a glorified term for a steroid drug dealer connection?

Not always. Most of the internet diet gurus do not provide a drug connection, contrary to what you read here. BB are just so insecure they need someone to tell them what to do, then they can blame if they don't place well.

A good friend of mine does it, and gets paid a lot, and is very good at it, though I often get the impression he can't believe idiots will pay him.

thats what 'gurus' do.

they tell you what gear you should be taking- and they always say you have to use human pharma grade, which they happen to have, at prices that are fucking retarded.

i know of two such gurus peronally. they wont train you unless they supply you because their 'name' is attached to how well you place (like they did all the hard work- suffered thru evening cravings, tried to carb up on a water depletion when you cant even make saliva etc etc), and they only trust their gear. and they are both douchebags.

fuck gurus. just up the dose. get on a treadmill 4 weeks out and switch to chicken/ veg at that point. its not fucking rocket science people. drugs first. the rest is details.

Out these two gurus.

GH15 is a self professed "guru", does anyone else see the irony of him "exposing" anything?

Bodybuilding is about progressing slowly and learning as you go.  If you need a guru to set up a drug schedule, you're in over your head.

this is why up to this day i love YATES..... (no homo)
no guru, no trainer, no nutritionist... did it all by himself....
just with logical thinking, i mean its no rocket science afterall....
do as much drugs as you can handle while keeping reasonably healthy and sane...
eat and train.....
why people need a "guru" to learn them that is beyond me... lol!!
Be Happy,
Optimus

dude doesnt necessarily have the greatest build, but has height and that graininess like yates, should runaway with the arnold.  there could be some good yrs with him vs phil.  lets see how they fuck up the judging at the arnold and place him second to branch or some nonsense like that.
