USA to leave afghanistan fighting in 2013.

Panetta announced

US moving from battling to training then leaving in 2014.

1st time the USA has put a timeline. 
keeps obama's promise to remove our men by 2014.

Does it cut off repubs at the knees who say we need to leav afghanistan?

This is going to have a post-Vietnam effect on our nations military spending and weapons development/modernization. This may leave this nation in a bad place when another hotspot flares up whether it's one we start or one that drags us in.

12+ years of major involved war/nation building on 2 separate fronts will cost us more than money and lives.

and the #1 reason Repubs hate Ron Paul?   Cause he doesn't support bombing the fck out of Iran to start a war to replace the 2 that are ending.
