I think it happened around the same time, that little juice monkeys in third world countries like india were considered the old guard.

india also has the largest growing population in the world. doesn't look very good for india considering it shares the main fresh water supply with pakistan and both are nuclear armed countries. if there was going to ever be a nuclear war it would be there.
