I dont know why guys like Arnold,Serge,Lou,Sergio (at any body weight) looked more Impressive(convincing ) curling that Guys like Branch,Gutler...

hes starting to look better than he has in the last few years, finally achieving some vascularity. still some of the weakest 20"+ arms around..

I actually can't wait to see what cutler shows up with at this years Mr Olympia.... I'm guessing he will come down very lean and ripped.... Last year his fat ass had no stridations or back detail

Does anyone own FatGrip? And what's your opinion on them when it comes to barbell/dumbbell curls? Deads? Forearm curls? Durability? I think they go for $39.99 so not really dirt cheap

yes I do as I am grappler too-I use them on back day for chins and some rows towards the end of the workout -the belly of my forearms are always sore the next day-but you cant use nearly as much weight as you want for that bodypart-its a functional tool
