I'm glad to see that the current generation trains pretty smart. When I started training, 20+ years ago, people were bouncing weights, like if they were performing circus acts. The current generation is more educated.

Back to Jay, I miss his drive and intensity, must be his age.

Dude just can't catch a break can he, when he is boring we call him monotone Jay, boring as fuck Jay etc, now that he is a little more lively he should just STFU and train! I for one am happy for the new Jay, I mean, what would I do with my life if I didn't have my "Beats by Jay" music with me to the gym?

About the biceps training, Watching Paco really made me going basic: super strict. Paco is always struggling with only 50kg about 12 reps!! And his arm is probably top 3 arms in pro circuit. So I began to think that 30kg-40kg is sufficient to train my biceps for me. And I do it with those weights and my biceps improved a lot.
