If you read the history on this guy (self-admitted) ~ he does NOT claim to be a "lifetime" natty. He also attributes much of his muscular gains (today) to his steroid-using past.

Exactly,John has always stated that he is not a lifetime natural but has been clean for many many years.

man.. i am really surprised that steve comes on here at all.. i am glad that he does.. but the amount of nonsense he has to tolerate is amazing.. so what if he still takes some gear?.. who cares?.. the vast vast majority of gear users do not compete.. look at the stats.. most are middle to higher income none competitive males.. so what exactly is the reason to be blowing some much crap to the guy..?

no he said he tried test and deca 20 years ago and hasnt since. Those gains arent from 20 years ago

You are not slow, just a little too graphic / literal.

John has (twice in the past on IA) mentioned traveling south with clients he trains. Now, in the threads he was talking about male clients, with no adjustment beyond that. THE BEEF took a leap of faith . . . why would a personal training client want John to go to a tropical climate with them. Is he that good a trainer?
