i don't doubt you are only on 300mg of test, people forget that 300mg of test is 3 times natural levels, lol, more than enough to hold a decent amount of mass if you keep training and diet in check. just curious how much was your max "off season" weight

I was around 245 once... Bloated, fat.

Since like 2008...usually around 225-235.

By now I know what I should do to be huge...or more importantly to be a champion... But no, I'm disappointed in pro bodybuilding.

I wrote that I was on hrt dose of 300 per week totall and was blasted.

Not everyone WANTS to be HUGE. Some of us enjoy being semi-jacked with a great feeling of well being.

Am I look great? No shit... I spent the last 3-4 month in the gym and spent 10 grand on food and drugs... Of course I look great! LOL! But for what?

What I would do... To keep training hard, old school, increase my contest weight to around 215. Use a lil bit more gear than last time (2010), much more GH (so like 8-12 IU/day), following the footsteps of Lee Labrada, Shawn Ray...and win at least 1 pro show... Then win the 212 Olympia and place top10 in the Open.

That would be my dream.

I think I could do that in 3 years.

And my mind is tellin be... Are u fuckin kidding me...!!!
