I like almonds. Roasted. As a snack with some fruit.
And rice with ground meat as a meal.

Jerky is a great snack!
If sodium is a concern for anyone, consider making your own. You can use less salt, as well as adding other seasonings in lieu of (at least, a portion of) salt.
All you need is some lean ground meat, a jerky gun, food dehydrator, and a little experimentation.
You can find recipes online.

For snacks: Almonds, trail mix, fruit, dried fruit.

Meals: You want something quick and clean. Sandwiches, rice, cubed or strips of meat. Pretty much what ever you can eat in a container.

Something i'm crazy about at the moment (also work in office environment)

1 tub of low fat cottage cheese (plain)

1 sm tin of pinapple pieces (in own juice)

8 wholewheat crackers (water biscuit type things)

I just literally open the cheese and scoop some with the cracker and eat, once about half cheese and all all crackers gone, I mix in the pinapple pieces (drink the juice first) and hey presto you got desert.

Good times, high in protein, good carbs, and enzymes!

Is there enough calories in all that?

I always took in a plastic container half cup rice, half cup broccoli, and a chunk of salmon (usually 4-6 oz).  Only thing was heating it up in the microwave some folks complained of the fish smell.  But compared to chicken or beef the oily fish didn't dry out as bad when nuked.  And the edges got kind of crunchy from the oil.  I thought it was good at least.  LOL   ;D

Microwave ready rice and a pouch of sweet chili tuna.  Delicious!
