In the end, do these guys give a fuck if they win or lose?  They all go back home to their million dollar pad , driving in their 1/2 million dollar cars, get treated like royalty whereever they go, fucking models and actresses.  Like winning or losing makes a difference to them.  I would say maybe 5-10% care.  The rest love the lifestyle more.

I obviously can't speak for the pros, but I have the feeling that even with the money involved, a man would have to have a competitive fire inside him to take the pounding these guys take year in and year out and to keep himself at an NFL fitness level.
