It's just a boring country, that's all. Good drugs though!!!

The country itself and most of its people. Most people I hang out with, have other nationalities.

I think you like all the Dutch at getbig, Dave (other than me). They all hate our country, but they are too much chicken shit to emigrate (except Optimus primus)...

What is wrong with them? Myself and the rest of the Irish lads over here with me can't get over how the Dutch are. They don't show much friendlyness or personality, never wave you out or let you go in traffic or gesture to you. Just really rude in general. I'm still not used to it and I've been living here nearly 2 years.

You're obviously a cool dude. I just don't get the pysche of the majority of the Dutch, very robotic or something. Just a different culture to me (which has it's own problems like severe alcoholism)

Your observation makes sense.
It's hard to place a finger on this, but I think this has much to do with... individualism.
Apart from things like soccer and going to a bar, many Dutch miss the feeling of being united. This has much to do with our multi cultural society (many people find it hard to accept the differences in mentality, language, religion, etc). Another thing is that we've almost lost our religion completely. Then there is a horrible thing, called overpopulation (as a result people adjust their attitude to keep their space) and finally we have a government, which act more like an accountant than a responsible leader, supporting their people. The Dutch want to be free, more than being united and taking care about others (our family and close friends excluded). This all causes individualism and indifference.

Hey GONZO, http://muppet.wikia.com/wiki/Gonzo

ILS has nothing to do with the size of a person's back. Its the unnecessary flaring of the back and arms (in everyday situations) regardless of the size.  ::)
