Second option is not gonna happen - the politicians are on a crash course of spending and theyre going to run us right into the ground, they dont give a damn, theyre going to milk it for every penny before we self destruct - just like so many of the CEO's in this country that will rob everyone blind and then bail when it goes under. Its just the way people are nowdays.
