The only pro that ever told me his dosages was Craig Titus. He came right out and said, " I take anything and everything I can get my hands on. ". Of course, there were a few other people there as well. And, of course, I didn't him ask anything relating to steroids. He was just that open of a guy. At least the 4-5 times I met him. Always brash, loud, etc.
