This is ridiculous and not very ethical, HOWEVER, an earmark ban is not the answer... If the federal government spends our money, then our representatives better have the power to decide how and where that money is spent. I much rather have my Congressman decide how/where that money is spent over some unelected bureaucrat in DC.
