He has great shape and muscle bellies, Stallone keeps ripped but if he throws up a bicep pose there's no shape or peak.
van damme has got himself into great shape for his big screen comeback on expendables 2, he and Sly have a huge fight sequence

absolutely- it's so ironic (for lack of better words) how everyone loves and revers the movie character "Frank Dux" but the real life frank dux is a known liar and POS.


I wish that the real Frank Dux would change his name so he could no longer sully the memories of one the greatest characters in movie history
