Yes, the women was intoxicated and probably being disorderly when she was in the casino and verbally abusive towards the cops but She barely touched him with her feet. Cops for ages have been doing this shit, just over the last few years now everything gets recorded and now people are being held accountable.

I remember a bar fight between two guys, nothing major, a bunch of people standing around watching. These two cops come out of no where, srat pepper spraying everyone, knocking over two people with their clubs, then bash the fuck out the guys fighting with their clubs, spray them some more, hand cuff them and give them a couple more hits until the cruiser came by and then threw them in.

Fucking excessive to the max.  No cell phone cameras back then and no proof anything happened.
