Couple years back, I watched most of the PPV's and the reality show. I couldnt even tell you who the fighter's are now and just have no interest in it. Probably because of all the d-bags, wanna-be "fighter's" it spawned. Wearing graphic T's and training at a MMA gym apparently makes you a fighter LOL! Some of the UFC main events are cool when one guy doesnt lay on the other the whole time

It's called lifting weights and strongman training.  If you watch the countdown to UFC video before the 2nd Brock fight, he states that he never took weight training seriously up until that point.

so gaining 50lbs of muscle while cutting is just an affair of lifting some weight, walking with stone and pushing tree trunk, especially when you're a guy over 30 y.o...

been lifting weight since 97', got a huge frame, i weighed 300 lbs but while staying natural i can't go over 235 if i want to stay in a descent shape, and i train 5 day a week (2 hours each), plus cardio and boxing twice a week on rest day.

Lol, I'm sure he was/is on something as well.  You guys really don't think it's 50 pounds of pure muscle do you? ::)  You can still make great gains in your 30's.  Especially if he supposedly never worked out with weights much until a few years ago.
