I live in the SF bay area, one of the most diverse places in the world, and nobody has a harder time than the blacks. they just aren't equipped to function in the current structure of society. The way I would respond to a parking ticket (quietly grumbling to myself," fuck... there goes a nice steak..."), and how a black would react ,"WHAT THE FUCK??? AHHH HELLL NO!!! I AIN'T paying this. FUCK THIS BULLLLLLLLSHIT!" then they would tear it up, throw it on the ground, and complain about the white man trying to hold them down when the past due bill for a greater amount comes 3 months later...this scenario completely illustrates the socioeconomic divide. We created a resentment among blacks, and then we punish them for not doing exactly what we tell them to do. Bulgarians and the Turks don't really love each other either. For indians and asians, and latin americans, coming to america, illegally or legally, is their choice, and they can choose to succeed. For blacks though, they are brought up in a world in which they cannot function, nor are they taught to function. It's like a form of social illiteracy.
