Well would you suggest something else that is just as good with strength and fat loss like var? the var did bump my total price of my cycle to almost 200 bucks would there be anything you would use to replace it?
The whole var for fat loss is another steroid myth. No steroid reduces fat. What happens is a lot of people use it around showtime when they are already dieting and getting pretty lean and think it is the var. Var has a hardening aspect to it but for $200 extra, seriously to be lean , use that money on quality foods. Buy lean meats, fishes, eat clean, take the rest of your cycle and in a few months you will look solid.
