Don't know the poundage, it's 20-24 large chicken breast that I cut in half and cook all at once. We eat it from Sunday night to Friday night....so 5 days. Keeps fine.

Going to give bulk grilling a go, do you make your own marinade or use some jar?

Finally put kid down and prepped more tax returns for family rhule wife watched Grammys. Then did a bit of reading and bed.

All in all, a pretty pimp weekend.

Both actually. I have my own(that's my primary) and then I change it up and try other recipes or a store bought.

Now this is Getbig - the online bb mecca - so I'd suggest the following chicken recipe: 1 large pot, 1 large batch of organic/boneless/skinless ckn breasts and 4 quarts of unsalted/unseasoned boiling water.

slept till noon

took 1.5 cc watson cyp right delt 1.5 cc deca
200mg turkish primo right glute

went to market to get egg whites,bananas, fish, gorund beef. Got back from gym just now hit chest and biceps but the gym closed early god damnet.... bout to ride my bike down to the market to pick up some icecream. Wake up tomorrow do the same shit....might go on a hike or something in the morning I hate sleeping so late your whole day is shot..

I went on a date on Friday night that about bored me to death. The girl would only respond to questions I asked, never had anything to offer.

On Saturday and Sunday I saw a girl that I like a lot. I've only seen her those two days, and now I have no idea how to handle Valentine's Day. We both have to work and won't be able to see each other.

It's not possible for me to send her flowers (which would seem premature regardless).

Any advices?

Friday - worked till 8. (Speed Camp)

Saturday - worked till 8am then coached baseball till 2. Slept when I got home, paperwork till 10..went to bed.

Sunday - Speed camps from 10-1, took my kid shopping and bought me some shoes (finally).

Saturday - sex, worked out while wife cleaned up the place, went to see movie safehouse with wife, Five Guys burger with wife, shopping with wife, relaxing watching TV with wife, Whitney died, reserved rental car for trip to New Orleans..etc
Sunday - sex, sex, cooked breakfast, watched the color purple with wife, watched indoor track and field, rugby sevens,first 48, prep meals for the week.

There's nothing wrong with throwing yourself completely into work, school, bb, hobbies, etc....church is also a great place to meet folks. There's some beautiful single women at my church!

I moved to a new town out in the middle of nowhere few months ago, Stavios. really shitty area in north charleston don't know a single soul. Well I would agree with you until now that I tried it. I really tried to do the loner thing, hell I do it every day.
