Here the same, most geared up guys in my gym, have genetics and willpower, close to zero. Roelly Winklaar, who lives/trains in my area, is one of the few exceptions.

This guy (Michael Adonis) from South Africa has really good potential and IMO is one of South Africa’s best current amateurs, just needs to get his condition right. He will be doing the Arnold Amateur in 3 weeks’ time...
