is the arnold amateur a pro-qualifier,i have seen where a few of the past winners are top pros shortly after winning this show,if not what did rolly win to get pro-card and also how come there are not very many competitors from usa in it.

Roelly won his pro card at the Arnold Amateur.  The overall winner of this contest earns a pro card.  It's open to international contestants and the competition there can be tougher than national level NPC shows which is why so many international contestants choose to enter.
