Did he actually say that?  I've followed Dante's stuff for over a decade, and I never recall him being shy or exceptionally conservative about test dosages.

For most of the year Dante doesn't even use HRT

Following the advice of his good friend Dusty Hanshaw, Dante comes off drugs completely while dramatically increasing his consumption of a proprietary blend of pea, hemp and cross filtered whey proteins.

On training days he takes in as much as 5lbs of protein powder before performing a demanding rest-paused set of smyth machine reverse grip incline presses followed by fascial stretching and another serving of protein

unfortunately in the real world it doesn't work like that. Cause I know what I look like on 200mg test and it's not  like that...hell I drop below 200 pounds usually on that dose
